Dong Ding Oolong tea is famous worldwide as a partially fermented tea. This tea is prepared by the aborigines using a special proprietary processing technique. This Taiwan tea is very well known worldwide and comes in two distinctly different flavors, plum and orchid, according to tea taste, aroma and color.
Semi-ball Dong Ding Oolong Tea is produced in the mountain regions of original producing area was mountain regions of Luku in Nantou County at altitudes of 1500 to 2500 feet. Dong-ding Oolong tea is known for a ball-rolling process the results in the tea leaves taking a tight ball-like appearance. While it has a deep green color the tea color is a bright golden-yellow. The aroma is heavy. The mellow and pleasant thick taste usually lasts very long on the tongue and throat after drinking the tea.

台灣的茶中之聖,主產於台灣南投縣鹿谷鄉的凍頂山,海拔七百米,屬於輕度半發酵茶,鮮葉為青心烏龍等良種芽葉,採製工藝十分講究。沖泡後,湯色略呈橙黃色,氣味清香撲鼻,茶湯入口生津富活性,喉韻回甘十足,帶明顯焙火餘韻,品味絕妙。


台湾南投県鹿谷郷標高700m、肥沃な土壌で青心烏龍茶樹で栽培しています。涼しい気温と強い太陽光日当りの条件、一つ一つ手摘み茶葉は青褐色で硬くしまって重みがある半球状、水色は澄み切った明るい黄金色。さわやかな香りとまろやかな甘みとコク、しっかりと旨みを蓄えた味わいに仕上げています。台湾で主流の軽発酵茶の代表的なお茶です。

In Taiwan, the most famous tea plantations are in the A-Li mountain region of Nanto. The A-Li Mountains have perfect conditions for tea growing due to it moist climate, soil composition and fresh breezes. The mean summer temperate of A-Li Mountain is between 14.3 to 17.8 degrees centigrade and the winter temperate dips to between 5.4 to 12.8 degrees centigrade. This temperature differential, chill and moist climate provides a superior growing environment for this tea plant.
In summary, A Li mountain conditions creates a top-grade Oolong tea which is further enhanced by being hand picked, air dried and delicately roasted in a unique process.
阿里山高山茶,茶園海拔在八百公尺到一千四百公尺之間,因為阿里山高山氣候冷涼,早晚雲霧籠罩,平均日照短,同時因日夜溫差大的緣故,茶樹生長緩慢,茶葉芽葉柔軟,葉肉厚實,多以山泉水灌溉,甘醇美味,具有濃厚的高山冷冽茶味,堪稱是世界第一等好茶。

Li Shan Tea

highest tea plantations above altitude 2500 meters in Taiwan. There are around 50 hectare above altitude 2000 meters. Li-san has high value not only for its quality but also for its limited production. Generally, every tea plantation have 3 to 4 time harvests annually, however, because Li-San region is the highest origin in Taiwan, the harvest time is reduced to twice annually.
For all year, Li- Shan plantations is mostly covered in clouds and fog, so the tea-plant gets not much sunlight. The tea provides the emerald- green color brewing as the supreme grade with honorable flavor. Therefore, the price of Li-San tea has increased rocket-high.
梨山高冷茶區位於海拔二千至二千八百公尺以上之深山茶園,終年雲霧繚繞,平均日照短,兒茶素的苦澀成分低,茶葉成長緩慢且常受白雪洗禮。茶外觀呈現半球緊實、均整;茶淨度高而不含夾雜物;色澤翠綠帶油光,茶湯鮮美,滋味少澀甘醇,堪稱茶中上品。

Da Yu Ling has a wonderful fragrance and taste. It is a lightly oxidized oolong tea with a refreshing palate that is sought after by the most demanding tea connoisseurs. Da Yu Ling is produced in limited quantities and is one of the most prized teas of Taiwan.
Da Yu Ling is located on Mount Li (Li Shan or Pear Mountain). The high elevation of this area causes the tea leaves to grow slowly and develop their smooth, rich flavor. To fully appreciate this fine oolong tea, it is recommended to brew it gong fu style.

茶區位處於海拔兩千五百公尺附近,冬季常處零度以下,年平均溫二十度,使得茶葉生長緩慢,一年只有春尾、秋末兩季採收,產量相當稀少。其葉片厚、果膠質濃、霜氣明顯、山氣重、喉韻強等特性,且口感相當醇厚,這種獨特的冷列風味使得愛茶人趨之若鶩,堪稱台灣高山茶王。

Eastern Beauty Tea

Eastern Beauty tea is reflective of the name given to it by British royalty dating backing to the early tea trade. The tea itself blend has highest fermentation level in the Semi -fermented tea category resulting in 50% to 60% of Catechins in tea being oxidized. As a result the tea has a rich dark color close to that of black tea.
A unique and distinguishing characteristic of the Eastern Beauty tea is that it has a telltale white marking on the tea leaves. This is the result of insects biting the leaves, but it leaves the tea with a unique fruity aroma. This is robust evidence that Eastern beauty is organic tea because without the insects the tea would be without its elegant fruity and sweet taste.
東方美人茶,因其茶芽白毫顯著,又稱「白毫烏龍茶」,乃日據時代烏龍茶之極品,西方飲茶人士譽之為「東方美人」,其外觀葉上生白毫,顏色鮮艷,究其原因乃夏季時茶芽受蜉塵子侵蝕,使茶葉產生特殊發酵作用, 而有特別的果香。
本茶乃由具數十年採〝著蝝茶〞經驗之採茶高手,經精準之判斷力所採下一心二葉茶菁,再由製茶大師按茶菁著蝝程度分級精選出最頂級茶菁,由繁覆專業耗時的萎凋,靜置攪拌揉捻工藝,經層層步驟使茶葉產生一次次發酵作用,而形成其獨特蜜香。湯水色明亮艷麗,香氣天然具熟果蜜香,尊貴怡人,茶湯入口滋味濃厚,甘醇,圓滑潤喉徐徐生津,口中甘醇回味。

このお茶は、色鮮やかな茶葉で新芽の部分に白い産毛のようなものが付いて白く見えるので別名「白毫烏龍茶」と呼ばれ、日本統治下時代より烏龍茶の最高級品と言われ、西欧では「東方美人茶」として有名です。夏の時期発生する浮塵虫(ウンカ)により、茶葉が侵蝕されその虫の出す酵素により醗酵が進み、蜜のよう に甘く芳しい香りと味が評判です。数十年来、「著蝝茶」(虫が付いてる茶葉)とも呼ばれ浮塵虫(ウンカ)の被害にあった青葉を使用する為、もちろん農薬な ど使えず、経験豊かな茶師が厳選された茶葉を用い、その醗酵度合いを見極めながら撹拌、揉捻を繰り返し初めて天然の熟した果物のような蜜のような上品な甘 い香りと、紅茶のような濃厚な味を醸し出しています。
Wenshan Baozhong Tea

文山包種茶

Wen Shan Bao Zhong is grown in the Wen Shan mountain region, way up north in Taiwan's Taipei county. The Bao Zhong (sometimes written Pouchong) half of the name means 'wrapped' or 'packed,' because this tea used to be processed while wrapped in special paper. The technique has changed, but the name remains.
Historically this tea was wrapped in paper to be dried and roasted. Although this is not the method used today the name has been retained.
This hand picked Bao Zhong is grown exclusively in the northern Wen-Shan Mountain region of Taiwan. It is lightly oxidized and shares characteristics with both green and Oolong teas. When you open your bag of Wen-Shan Bao Zhong inhale the fragrance and appreciate the appearance of the full, long, tightly rolled deep green leaves. Once steeped, the leaves produce a light golden-green colour and a smooth, fruity flavour, followed by a sweet aftertaste that lingers and soothes the back of the throat.

源自福建武夷岩茶製法,用方紙包入四兩茶葉成四方包,取名為「包種」又俗稱「包中」,以期能應試及第。此茶盛產於台灣北部,其外觀似條索狀,色澤翠綠,水色蜜綠鮮豔帶金黃,幽雅似花香,甘醇滑潤帶活性。以台北文山地區所產製的品質最優,所以稱之為「文山包種茶」。


紙に丁寧に包まれて出荷されていた事から、包種茶と名付けされました。台湾茶の中で発酵度が最も低い一品、緑茶に近い烏龍茶です。台湾北部の文山で特に清香が素晴しく、茶葉は棒のような形にし、水色は黄金で緑色も付け、優雅な香り、軽やかな味わいで、喉に残る清々しい香りはいつまでも余韻に浸りたくなる、台湾を代表する銘茶です。台湾の文山包種茶は世界一の清香を放つとも言われてます。
